What are your printing times?
We know you're super excited to get your goodies! That's why our team work incredibly hard to get all orders out the door as soon as possible. Check out our printing times above.
Where is it being sent from?
We produce all of our items right here in Australia, in the South Coast of NSW. This makes it super fast for you to get it if you live in the Illawarra or Sydney.
How long does it take to get to Victoria or Queensland?
Urban areas around Melbourne and Brisbane will usually receive their orders super fast, depending on the shipping option you pick. However more rural areas will experience longer shipping times.
I'm in Perth. Can I get next day Express Shipping?
Unfortunately for our Perth & WA customers with postcodes outside 6000-6005 & 6800-6899, there will be a longer than normal delivery time, even if you choose Express Shipping, which is an issue to do with Australia Post's delivery network.
What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our very best to fix it up before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched it may be too late. However, if your order is returned to us, we will happily redeliver it to your correct address. Depending on your location additional delivery fees may apply.
What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived in your estimated timescale?
If you can have a little more patience and wait for another 5 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please email or call us.
Can you help me track my order?
If your order has tracking and you are concerned about any status updates (such as a delay, or a delivery that you haven’t received), please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 or on their website and they may be able to provide more information on your delivery. Sometimes you’ll just have to wait for an extra day for tracking to appear in the system. If, after doing this, you have any trouble receiving your parcel please let us know and we’d be happy to help. Please note: standard mail is not trackable.
If I’m not home what will happen to my order?
For most Label orders, these will be sent in a small envelope that will fit into most mail boxes. If you’ve placed an order for larger items, such as School Bags or Wall Art, and you weren’t home when the driver tried to deliver it, then you should find a calling card in your letterbox, which will let you know where you can collect it from. If you requested to have your order left at your home without a signature being required (sometimes known as Safe Drop), unfortunately, we can not guarantee the delivery of your order as you’ve specified that it was safe to leave unattended.
Do you post to parcel locker addresses?
Only parcel items can be sent to a parcel locker address. If you opt for non trackable mail, or receive free shipping on small items such as labels or bag tags, please do not use a parcel locker address as your order may be returned to us.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes we send to most destinations around the world. If you are from the US or Singapore we have dedicated stores for these currencies, so please change the currency icon at the top of the screen to switch to one of these stores. For Shipping to New Zealand and Europe, see options at Checkout for prices and estimated delivery times. We no longer ship to the UK.
What days do you post orders?
Australia Post picks up our letters & parcels Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Can I combine Shipping for multiple orders?
Unfortunately we aren’t able to combine shipping on orders, or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.
